One of my biggest pet peeves is good customer care and support. Is it okay for a business to be sub-par if the service is free?

Absolutely not!

Have you ever signed up for a business or service because something in the ad got your attention and pulled you in? You were excited because what you signed up for was exactly what you’d been in need of. You go to your back office to start your journey of learning the business or service so you can implement it to serve your needs.

Everything is going fine until you run into a roadblock. You don’t know how to get past the roadblock, so you do the next best thing and contact support. After three days you haven’t gotten a reply to your request. You contact support again to no avail.

Now, what do you do?
